1. If Bajaj used Japanese technology,then its sales also would be at par with Honda company.
2. Bikes with Japanese technology are preferred than other bikes in City X.

Solution

First assumption does not support the argument , as sales of Honda may or may not come at par with Bajaj , if Japanese technology is used.

On , the other hand , if sales figure for Bajaj is more than that of Honda , it means japanese technolgy is preferred in city X.
