Possible length of the three sides of a triangle are :-

In a triangle, sum of any two sides is always greater than the third side.

In the first option, sides given are 2,3 and 6 cm

Clearly, $$2+3=5$$ < $$6$$

Similar problem arises in the last two options.

Thus, these sides cannot form a triangle.
