Let the total cost = Rs. $$100x$$

=> Miscellaneous charges = $$\frac{4}{100} \times 100x=Rs.$$ $$4x$$

Also, $$4x=6000$$

$$\therefore$$ Advertisement charges = $$18x=18 \times 1500$$
