Total number of mobiles sold in July = 17% of 45000 = 7650
Total number of mobiles sold in December = 16 % of 45000 = 7200
Number of mobiles sold by company B in July = $$\frac{7}{15}$$ x 7650 = 3570
Number of mobiles sold by company B in December = $$\frac{9}{16}$$ x 7200 = 4050
Ratio = 119 : 135
