Time Taken   Work Done   Efficiency
AÂ -Â 15 Â Â Â Â LCM (15,25) Â Â $$\frac{75}{15} =5$$
BÂ - Â 25 Â Â Â Â Â Â = 75 Â Â Â Â Â Â $$\frac{75}{25}=3$$
Let x be time for which Pipe A was open
So according to question,
$$A\times x +B(21-x) =75$$
$$5\times x +3(21-x) =75$$
$$2x +63 =75$$
$$2x =12$$
$$x=6$$
Option C is correct.
