Solution

Smallest 8 digit number = 10000000

If we divide above number by 121, remainder is = $$10000000 = 121\times82644+76$$

=> Smallest 8 digit number which is exactly divisible by 121 = $$10000000+(121-76)=10000045$$

=> Ans - (A)
