LOVE is written as OLEV

The first word is divided into two parts, and both the letters in both the parts are swapped.

Eg :- LOVE $$\equiv$$ LO and VE, now letters in both parts are swapped = OL and EV $$\equiv$$ OLEV

Similarly, IRIS : RISI
