Average of the runs of 133 players of a team = 38
=> Total runs scored = $$133\times38$$
Let number of male players = $$m$$, => Number of female players =Â $$(133-m)$$
Thus, according to ques,
=> $$43(m)+24(133-m)=133\times38$$
=> $$43m-24m+(133\times24)=133\times38$$
=> $$19m=133(38-24)$$
=> $$m=\frac{133\times14}{19}=98$$
Thus, female players = $$133-98=35$$
$$\therefore$$ Ratio of the total runs of male players and the total runs of female players respectively = $$\frac{98\times43}{35\times24}$$
= $$301:60$$
