If $$x^{3} + 3 x^{2}+ 3x$$ = 7, then x is equal to

Given $$x^3+3x^2+3x=7$$

Adding 1 to both sides

$$x^3+3x^2+3x+1=7+1$$

                    $$\left(x+1\right)^3=8$$

                    $$\left(x+1\right)^3=2^3$$

    Therefore,   x+1 = 2

                           x = 1
