Solution

1) Q is just ahead of P.

2) R(who) is separated from Q by two persons.

3) U is NOT near R - We will draw U at end of sequence away from R.

4) S is just behind T - This can fit in between two empty gaps.

Hence, R is standing at the front of the queue
