Solution
We know that $$\sqrt3=1.7$$, $$\sqrt2=1.4$$ and $$\sqrt8=2.8$$
I) $$2\sqrt3=2\times1.7\approx3.4$$
and $$3\sqrt2=3\times1.4=4.2$$
=> $$3\sqrt2>2\sqrt3$$
II) $$4\sqrt2=4\times1.4\approx2.8$$
and $$2\sqrt8=2\times2.8=5.6$$
=> $$2\sqrt8>4\sqrt2$$
$$\therefore$$ Neither I and II are true.
