Total number of students in section A =$$28+14+6+64=112$$

Total number of students in section B =$$23+12+17+55=107$$

Total number of students in class 10 = $$112+107=219$$

percentage of students in section A =$$\frac{112}{219}\times100=51\cdot1$$%

Hence option (B) is right answer.
