Except the third option, sum of digits of rest of the numbers is same.

(A) : 424 ; 4 + 2 + 4 = 10

(B) : 631 ; 6 + 3 + 1 = 10

(C) : 432 ; 4 + 3 + 2 = 9

(D) : 460 ; 4 + 6 + 0 = 10

=> Ans - (C)
