For any given month, registration of other vehicles = registration of total vehicles - registration of bikes

Number of registrations of other vehicles in January =$$27000-21000=6000$$

Number of registrations of other vehicles in April = $$35000-20000 = 15000$$

Hence increase = $$15000-6000=9000$$
