The Sum of the place values of each of the letters within the word will be added by 2.
TYRE ==> 20+25+18+5 ==> 68+2 = 70
MON ==> 13+15+14 ==> 42+2 = 44
FROM ==> 6+18+15+13 ==> 52+2 = 54
