Solution

The numbers on the edges are multiplied and then divided by 10.

Eg :- $$2\times4\times3\times5=120\div10=12$$

and $$3\times2\times6\times5=180\div10=18$$

Similarly, $$9\times2\times2\times5=180\div10=18$$
