Solution
The pattern followed is that the sum of digits of second number is subtracted from the sum of digits of first number.
Eg : 45 % 11 = $$(4+5)-(1+1)=9-2=7$$
and 59 % 34 = $$(5+9)-(3+4)=14-7=7$$
Similarly, 55 % 4 = $$(5+5)-(4)=10-4=6$$
