Given : 1&7 = 80, 4&5 = 90 and 6&8 = 140
If we replace '&' with '+', and multiply the sum by 10, we get the desired result.
Eg :- $$(1+7)\times10=80$$
and $$(4+5)\times10=90$$ and $$(6+8)\times10=140$$
Similarly, $$(5+5)\times10=100$$
