Solution

Let the length and breadth of the rectangle are $$l$$ and $$b$$

Ratio of area and length of the rectangle = 5 :1

$$=$$> $$\frac{lb}{l}=\frac{5}{1}$$

$$=$$> $$b=5$$ cm

Given, Perimeter of rectangle = 50 cm

$$=$$> $$2\left(l+b\right)=50$$

$$=$$> $$l+b=25$$

$$=$$> $$l+5=25$$

$$=$$> $$l=20$$ cm

$$\therefore\ $$Length of the rectangle = 20 cm

Hence, the correct answer is Option C
