$$(14 \div 49 - 3 \div \frac{7}{2}  of  5) = (\dfrac{14}{49} - 3 \div \dfrac{35}{2}) = \dfrac{2}{7} - 3 \times \dfrac{2}{35} = \dfrac{2}{7} - \dfrac{6}{35} = \dfrac{10-6}{35} = \dfrac{4}{35}$$
