as we an see that on every column ,

196 = $$(2+3+4+5)^2$$

121 = $$(3+1+2+5)^2$$

144 = $$(4+4+2+2)^2$$

and hence this same pattern will follow in every column

so , 225 = $$(y+2+6+2)^2$$

y = 5
