Lokesh starts a business with Rs. 240000. After 3 months Vishal joins him with Rs 210000. At the end of the year what will be the ratio of their profit?

Solution

Lokesh invested Rs. 240,000 for 12 months and Vishal invested Rs. 210,000 for 9 months.

Thus, ratio of profit = $$(240,000\times12):(210,000\times9)$$

= $$(8\times4):(7\times3)=32:21$$

$$\therefore$$ Ratio of their profit = 32 : 21

=> Ans - (A)
