The batch of 2022-24 secured 100 percent placements with a total of 464 students securing 529 offers by 194 reputed companies. Consulting sector topped the recruitment process with 167 students that is approximately 31% of the total batch profile. Additionally IIM Calcutta takes in pride with the highest package that stood at 1.2 crore per annum.

The summer internships for 2024 batch have been concluded with an average stipend of INR 1.59 lakhs and a median stipend of INR 1.5 lakhs. Consulting and Finance stood at first positions bagging the highest number of internships. The overall placement rate for the batch was outstanding 100% which was conducted in a hybrid mode . This allowed recruiters to conduct the process both online and on- campus. Moreover students were provided with 'Hold and Wait' option across various clusters increasing the likelihood of each student receiving their desired job till the end of the placement process.
