force yourself to wake up early than usual for one day.. and do not sleep in afternoon the next day... the following night hopefully u feel sleepy early... That time choose to sleep

As a last resort go for the cliche stuff like avoiding technology 2 hours before sleeping, doing high intensity cardio like running in the evening, studying in the daylight hours, reading before bed and the usual stuff, it may be tough in the begining but you might be able to help yourself that way

change sleep schedule and start studying from 7 am for the rest days
ur sleep will be countered and ur braing will get acclainatised to work better in the timings of the slot or else u will feel sleepy and ur brain will also nor work properly as u ar not accustomed to use ur brain during the morning

i study throught the night and go to sleep at 5 am

If you are sleeping in afternoon than strictly stop it it will get back your schedule

wake up sleep deprived, do yoga nidra before exam. 1 hour of yoga nidra is equivalent of 3 hours of sleep. Search for Andrew Huberman Yoga Nidra on youtube.

Just sleep early for 2-3 days and it'll become a habit, same situation with me and this worked for me
