MICAT is an abbreviation for the MICA Admission Test. It is conducted by Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, for admission into its Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Communications or PGDM-C program. The test includes a psychometric test; verbal ability; quantitative ability; general awareness; and divergent-convergent reasoning. Alongside MICAT students also have to give the CAT exam to be eligible for admission.
TISSNET stands for Tata Institute of Social Sciences National Entrance Test. National Entrance Test for H.S. was conducted for admission to MBA in HRM at TISS. But, now TISS started considering CAT for the admissions in their flagship programme i.e HRM and LR. TISSNET had three sections: General Awareness, English Proficiency, and Mathematics and Logical Reasoning.
There are various entrance exams for an MBA, the most popular is the CAT. There is also the XAT, which is the most difficult management entrance exam in India and there are other exams like SNAP, NMAT, CMAT etc.
The best entrance exam is dependent on the college you are interested in. Assuming you are interested in getting into an IIM, you would need to give the CAT exam.

While it is all relative, SNAP is often considered to be an easy-moderate exam. This is so because it is a 60 minute exam with relatively easier questions than CAT.
