Calculate the value of x, If $$\sqrt{1-(\frac{x}{529}})=(\frac{16}{23})$$

Solution

Expression : $$\sqrt{1-(\frac{x}{529}})=(\frac{16}{23})$$

=> $$\sqrt{\frac{529-x}{529}}=\frac{16}{23}$$

=> $$\frac{529-x}{529}=(\frac{16}{23})^2$$

=> $$\frac{529-x}{529}=\frac{256}{529}$$

=> $$529-x=256$$

=> $$x=529-256=273$$

=> Ans - (C)
