Solution

Let the number be $$x$$

=> Required % = $$\frac{1}{33}$$ $$\times$$ $$\frac{1}{66}$$ $$\times$$ $$\frac{1}{3}$$ $$\times$$ $$\frac{1}{66}$$ $$\times10000\times100$$

= $$2.318\approx2.32\%$$
