In the given figure, PA and PB are tangents from the same point, => $$PA = PB$$

Thus, in $$\triangle$$ ABP, => ∠PAC=∠PBC

Also, ∠APC=∠BPC (perpendicular from centre to the chord bisects the chord and the angle between tangents)

=> △PAC≅△PBC (By ASA criteria)
