The MBA Class of 2024 interns chose roles in Sales and Marketing (49%), Operations and IT (19%), Analytics and Consulting (12%), General Management (11%), and Finance (9%). Internships trended upward in 2023, with the average internship increasing 16% to Rs. 1.39 Lakhs and the median internship increasing 50% to Rs. 1.50 Lakhs. The batch accepted 109 offers. IIM Raipur Summer Internship 2024: Sector-Wise

FMCG/FMCD was the leading sector this season in terms of the number of offers made as the institute hosted many renowned FMCG/FMCD companies offering diverse roles to the students. This year, numerous recruiters across various sectors like Energy, E-Commerce, Ed-Tech, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, and Real Estate participated in the process which led to a rise in the number of lucrative opportunities offered to the students.

IIM Raipur Summer Internship 2024: Domain-Wise

The profiles offered to students belonged to various functional areas with Sales & Marketing being opted for by 49% of the class, followed by Operations and IT, and Analytics and Consulting. With a much gender diverse batch, the average stipend has witnessed a 16.17% rise to INR 1,39,466. The top 10% of the recruited students earned an average stipend of INR 2,79,871, while the top 50% earned an average stipend of INR 2,11,865 respectively.
