There are many IIMs that give importance to CAT scores and Work experience despite low acads. And some of the IIMs are IIM Calcutta, IIM Shillong, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Trichy and IIM Udaipur, etc.
Getting into IIM is equally tougher to getting into IIT. Candidate must be persistent and consistent across the process to clear the set cut-offs by the each institute. There are about 5500 IIM seats where about 3 lakh plus candidates appear each year.
IIM Bangalore does not include your graduation scores for its admission process. Only scores of 10th and 12th are considered alone.
IIM Bangalore is the hardest IIM to get into. Because the candidate has to be consistent across his academics and also it has emphasis on the candidate's work experience. Hence, IIM - B is the toughest.
