Expression : $$\frac{2x+y}{x+4y}=3$$
=> $$2x+y=3x+12y$$
=> $$3x-2x=y-12y$$
=> $$x=-11y$$
$$\therefore$$ $$\frac{x+y}{x+2y}$$
= $$\frac{-11y+y}{-11y+2y}$$
= $$\frac{-10y}{-9y}=\frac{10}{9}$$
