CAT Eligibility Criteria 2024: Educational Qualification

• Candidates should have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Candidates should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) from a recognized university. For candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PWD/DA categories, the minimum aggregate required is 45 per cent.

CAT Reservation Policy for EWS Category

CAT Eligibility Criteria 2024 reads that persons who are not covered by the programme of reserving for SCs, STs, and OBCs and whose family's gross annual income is less than Rs 8 lakhs are identified as EWS and are eligible to receive reservation benefits.
