CAT Eligibility Criteria 2024: Educational Qualification
The educational qualification as per the CAT eligibility criteria 2024 is given below. Candidates should have the CAT education qualification 2024 below applying for it.
- Candidates should have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Candidates should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) from a recognized university. For candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PWD/DA categories, the minimum aggregate required is 45 per cent.
- CAT eligibility criteria 2024 says that candidates with a bachelor's degree earned by distance study are also eligible if it is completed within three years.
- Candidates who have earned a professional degree such as CA, CS, ICWA, or FCAI with the requisite percentage can also take the CAT exam 2024.

CAT Reservation Policy for Person with Disability (PwD)
PwD candidates must bring a certificate issued by a competent authority. CAT Reservation Policy for EWS Category

- If the candidates' families own 5 acres of agricultural land or more.
- Candidates who own a residential unit of 1,000 square feet or more.

- Candidates whose parents own a home plot measuring 200 square yards or more in locations other than the notified municipalities.
